Jill Sabataso is an accomplished Legal Assistant with over 15 years in the legal field, possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Jill began as a Legal Assistant to the District of Montana, Chapter 7 Trustee, and Bankruptcy Attorney for 13 years, where she handled Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filings. She guided clients through their bankruptcy filings as well as assisting creditors with their claims. Jill then branched out and worked as a Personal Injury Case Manager for a San Diego law firm, as well as a law firm in Kalispell MT, where she had the opportunity to manage clients’ accounts for both States and finalize their insurance settlements. Jill also spent a year as a Legal Assistant with Senior Attorneys of Johnson, Berg and Saxby, gathering data and facilitating trial preparations of State, Federal and Tribal, personal injury, wrongful death and civil litigation cases. Before moving to Vermont, Jill worked as a Legal Assistant to Senior Attorneys at Ogle, Worm and Travis, handling clients’ estates and property transactions as well as assisting Senior attorneys at a LA based Law Firm with their civil litigation cases. Jill has an associate’s degree in communications and in her current role as a Legal Assistant with Corsones and Fitzsimons, PLLC, Jill assists our clients in every step of the filing process, whether it is a divorce, RFA, probate matter or civil proceeding.
