Michael began his practice in New York at the law firm Federman Steifman, LLP where he represented investment partnerships in connection with complex corporate and real estate transactions. In this capacity, Michael advised clients on purchase and sales, leasings, structured financings, and corporate governance. During this time, Michael's clients transacted close to $1B in commercial real estate located throughout the United States. On the litigation side of the law, Michael previously worked for The Brattle Group, an economic consulting firm. At Brattle, Michael helped prepare expert witness reports for various experts involved in large-scale litigation. He assisted with over fifty expert reports and depositions in the financial, telecom, pharmaceutical, and public sectors. As part of these matters, Michael oversaw quantitative and qualitative workstreams and brought them together to generate compelling expert testimony.

As a member of Corsones & Fitzsimons, Michael focuses his practice on matters in the family, probate, civil, and appellate division.
